From the diagnosis of the asset, corporate and private situation of the family, to the development of a solid legal structure (nationally and internationally) that allows for a predictable safe succession that allows the continuity of the company and its funds for the benefit of the family.
We help families to create spaces for dialogue, planning and resolution of conflicts, the so-called Family Office, in their structuring and management.
Our activities include:
- Meetings with family to identify existing desires and conflicts;
- Family asset and organizational diagnosis: interest in companies, assets in Brazil and abroad; marriages, divorces, common-law marriages;
- Proposal of asset reorganization, if necessary: family holding, mergers, split-off, changes of jurisdiction, constitution of structures in Brazil and abroad; donations (succession in life); wills;
- Family Office Constitution: family board by-laws and definition of its rules of operation; shareholders or quotaholders agreements entered into in the family; creation of exit formulas by reconciling the interests of the individual and the family;
- Family Office Management: meetings schedule organization, preparation of agenda and minutes;
- Family demands: organization and management of assets abroad (asset regularization, advisory in the purchase and sale of real estate, constitution of companies), personal legal advisory to the family members in order to comply with the Family Office rules.
