Structured Transactions

We advise our clients on transactions to raise funds from the securities and financial markets by means of structured transactions.

What we do:

  • Legal structuring of transactions with banks and financial institutions involved;
  • Preparation and review of contractual instruments necessary to the transaction (issuance indentures, guarantee instruments, among others);
  • Support to the client’s administrative team to obtain documents, certificates and all necessary for structuring;
  • Attendance of meetings and negotiation of legal issues and support in business matters of interest to the client;
  • Monitoring of compliance with covenants and other contractual obligations during the execution of the transaction.
